今年1—7月,在南通市区居民个人购置的13.44万平方米商品房中,按揭贷款的占38.24％,最多1户贷款额达40.47万元。与此同时,二手“房改房”交易中的贷款比例也高。据市区二手房交易最红火的市房屋置换公司统计,在1—7月成交的697户中,贷款者有320户,达45.91％。
