“再工业化”被广泛应用于传统工业基地的改造和振兴中,它作为刺激经济增长的政策,通过政府的帮助从而实现旧工业部门的复兴、鼓励新兴工业部门的增长等。本文首先从美国实施“再工业化”战略所取得的成就入手,并对“再工业化”背景下的中美制造业发展格局进行简单的介绍,最后总结美国“再工业化”对我国各层次制造业的影响,并提出了如何在“再工业化”的背景下提高制造业的竞争力。
The “re-industrialization” has been widely used in the transformation and rejuvenation of traditional industrial bases as a policy to stimulate economic growth, through the government’s help to achieve the rejuvenation of the old industrial sector and to encourage the growth of new industrial sectors. This article first starts with the achievements made by the United States in implementing the strategy of “re-industrialization” and briefly introduces the development pattern of manufacturing industry in China under the background of “re-industrialization.” Finally, it summarizes the “re-industrialization” of the United States The impact of manufacturing industries at all levels in China and put forward how to improve the competitiveness of manufacturing industries in the context of “re-industrialization ”.
