这不是反对开放,而是在市场经济环境下,国家安全战略的必要选择以上海为例,始于2001年8月1日的上海内外销房并轨,在当时作为促进房地产市场发展有力的政策工具选择,到今天已经发挥了重要作用,引导了上海住房市场,特别是高档物业的投资与销售。但6年过去了,且不论上海住房价格与市场较之政策出台时出现了巨大变化,重要的是中国今天整体面临的环境发生了根本的不同。在人民币升值的预设背景下,包括外资近几年已经产生的赚钱的示范效应,大规模海外资本流入中国市场,特别是沿海发达城市,而其带来的负面结果和未来可能出现的问题如下:
