褚栓海中国扶贫开发协会书画院副院长褚栓海先生,我国著名书法家,曾任中国社会调查研究中心副主任、中国绿色促进会副主席、北京天正绿盟生态技术研究院副院长兼秘书长、中国书画艺术研究院副院长、中央数字电视台法律服务频道(法制与经济)栏目顾问,现任中国扶贫开发协会常务理事、中国扶贫开发协会宣传教育委员会副主任、中国扶贫开发协会书画院常务副院长兼秘书长等职务。多年来,政务之余,他一直浸润在书画艺术里,安享着一份属于他生命力的情缘。作品曾多次荣获国家级大奖。

Over the years, he has been immersed in the art of painting and calligraphy while enjoying political power, enjoying an affinity that belongs to his vitality. Works have repeatedly won the national awards.
