东北包括长春在内,为什么会形成现在这种局面?第一产业不够细分,第二制度成本较高刚才主持人说,我不看好的十个城市,东北城市比较多。但我想我跟东北没有仇,也没有怨,我特别希望这些地方的经济能够很好地发展起来。但现在东北经济确实暂时有下行态势,怎么去改变?我们先看看中国经济正在发生的变化。中国经济正在发生两个变化:第一个变化是新城市群的形成,第二个变化是中国要向实体经济的转型。两个变化都非常重要。
