我院于1993年8月～1994年11月对6例非结石型慢性胆囊炎患者进行了超声导向经皮肝胆囊穿刺造影术(UG—PTCC)。取得了良好的效果,现总结报告如下: 1 临床资料 6例中,男3例,女3例,年龄25～50岁。主要症状为反复发作右上腹痛。超声显像示:胆囊略小,壁增厚,多为厚薄不均。临床诊断为非结石型慢性胆囊炎。行UG—PTCC后,经X线透视下多轴位观察,见4例显示胆囊形态正常,2例显示胆囊形态不规则,其中一例呈三角形,尖端向上,另一例呈不规则多角形,胆囊径线拉长。服高脂肪餐后观察,除
