近几年,国内房地产行业掀起了新型低能耗建筑的热潮,相关的新技术及新方向符合我国建筑行业未来发展的新方向,是促进建筑业产业转型升级的必经之路。因此,在房地产建筑行业,谁能占得超低能耗建筑这一先机,就能在未来行业发展中处于领先优势地位。北京金隅旗下北京建材科研总院被授予北京市被动式低能耗建筑工程技术研究中心,承担了北京市超低能耗建筑技术集成示范与指标体系研究课题,最近取得突破性成果,为大规模建造超低能耗建筑提供了技术支撑。
