课堂是实现教育目的的主要组织形式,落实以生为本的理念主要体现在课堂上。课堂教学的高效与优质是提高教育质量的主要环节,精心调控教与学的过程,对于提高课堂教学效率、保证教学质量至关重要。因此,实际教学中一定要把握好教与学的关系与尺度,在以生为本的理念支撑下,教师们要力求做到:先做后学,先会后学;先学后教,教少学多;以学定教,不教而教。唯有如此,教学的实效性方能显现出来。
Classroom is the main form of organization to achieve the purpose of education. The concept of giving birth to students is mainly reflected in the classroom. The efficiency and quality of classroom teaching is the main link to improve the quality of education. Careful regulation of teaching and learning process is essential to improve the efficiency of classroom teaching and ensure the quality of teaching. Therefore, in the actual teaching, we must grasp the relationship between teaching and learning and scale. Under the support of students-oriented philosophy, teachers should strive to achieve the following: Less learning; to learn fixed, do not teach and teach. Only in this way can the effectiveness of teaching be revealed.
