Metallurgical Department of Steel Information Network Eighth national seamless steel pipe production technology experience exchange meeting in October 1992 from October 28 to 28 held in Hengyang City, Hunan Province. The meeting was undertaken by Hengyang Steel Pipe Plant. 103 representatives from steel pipe manufacturers, scientific research, design institutes and other 64 units attended the meeting.
