为探讨生产高级溶剂油的新方法,在实验室研究了钯层柱粘土加氢裂化催化剂的特性、其加氢裂化产物的性质和可供选择的溶剂油生产方案。结果表明,钯层柱粘土是一种低温下裂化活性高、芳烃饱和性能强、异构化性能好的加氢催化剂。在温度<300℃,压力<10MPa条件下可实现较好的加氢裂化过程。其加氢裂化产物是一种芳烃含量很低、不含烯烃的高质量溶剂油。
In order to explore a new method for producing advanced solvent oil, the characteristics of hydrocracking catalyst of palladium layer column, the nature of its hydrocracking product and the alternative solvent oil production scheme were studied in laboratory. The results show that palladium pillared clay is a kind of hydrogenation catalyst with high cracking activity at low temperature, strong aromatic saturation and good isomerization performance. A better hydrocracking process can be achieved at temperatures <300 ° C and pressures <10 MPa. Its hydrocracked product is a high-quality solvent oil with very low aromatic content and without olefins.
