运用智能型电动调节阀、涡轮流量传感器、T139E型流量显示仪表、SN-2000型变频调速器、PCI-2003型数据采集卡和计算机作为主要设备,设计了离心泵特性曲线和管路特性曲线测定实验的工艺流程。给定离心泵转速、阀门开度数值,计算机对流量Q、扬程H、轴功率N_轴进行数据采集、绘图,由所绘图形判断该实验的工艺流程是否满足实验要求。实验结果表明:组成实验工艺流程的设备运行平稳、数据处理快速、图形直观。
