H_2—受体阻滞剂引起交替性斜视、暂时性闭经一例

作为组胺H_2-受体阻滞剂的甲氰咪胍(Cimetidine)和呋喃硝胺(Ranitidine),近年来临床广泛用于消化性溃疡等病的治疗,它们的副作用也逐渐为人们所发现。现报告使用常规剂量的甲氰咪胍和呋喃硝胺引起的交替性斜视和暂时闭经1例。

Cimetidine and Ranitidine, as histamine H 2 -receptor blockers, have been widely used clinically in the treatment of peptic ulcer and other side effects in recent years, and their side effects have gradually been discovered. One case of alternating strabismus and temporary amenorrhea caused by cimetidine and furanitramine at regular doses is reported.
