自1973年经国内外大量资料证实轮状病毒为小儿秋冬季流行性腹泻(下称秋季腹泻)的主要病原以来,对本病的研究报道越来越多,在治疗方面,国内主要以中西医结合治疗为多。我们通过对本病20年来的临床治疗观察,认为加味春泽汤治疗本病较为有效。现将40例治疗结果报告如下。 1 临床资料 本组40例绝大多数为6个月～1周岁的婴幼
