In this study, DNATyperTM15 fluorescence multiplex amplification system was used to detect genetic polymorphisms of Penta E and D6S1043 loci in Jiangsu Han population, and to provide basic data of population genetics for individual identification, paternity testing and DNA database construction. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 Sample 410 Han unrelated individuals in Jiangsu blood samples by the author laboratory routine handling accumulation. 1.2 Methods Sample reference industry standard GA / T383-2002, the use of silica beads template DNA extraction method [1].
