人的创造性发展的终极目的是“成人”,因而发展人的创造性不仅应使人具有超越外部物质世界的“对象性功能”,更应使人具有超越自身精神世界的“本体性功能”.已有的研究受科学主义思维模式的影响,将创造性局限于“人力”范畴,仅仅关注创造性的“对象性功能”以及相应的创新能力、外部创新产品和创新成就,忽视了与“人性”发展密切相关的“本体性功能”以及与之相应的精神面貌.本文对大学生中存在的心理障碍和幸福感缺失现象进行了分析,论证了心理障碍与“本体性功能”缺乏的关系.在此基础上,对如何现实大学生创造性的“对象性功能”与“本体性功能”两者和谐发展提出了建议.
The ultimate goal of human creative development is “adult”.
