以分蘖期水稻协优963、TN1为供试材料,研究褐飞虱Nilaparvata lugens(Stl)侵害后水稻叶片、根超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量变化情况。结果表明:协优963、TN1叶片SOD活性变化不明显;15和30头/株侵害协优963后3、6、9d根SOD活性分别显著下降了88.4%和77.2%、86.8%和70.5%、51.3%和19.7%;15和30头/株侵害TN1后3d根SOD活性显著下降了71.4%和89.4%,30头/株侵害TN1后6、9d根SOD活性显著下降了50.3%和70.1%。协优963、TN1叶片MDA含量变化不明显;30头/株侵害协优963后3d根MDA含量显著上升了119.4%,9d15头/株侵害后根MDA含量显著上升了369.7%;15、30头/株侵害TN1后3、6、9d根MDA含量分别显著下降了92.4%和87.9%、76.0%和54.0%、72.4%和98.2%。由此可见,褐飞虱侵害2水稻品种后根、叶片变化不同,叶片变化不明显,根SOD活性显著下降;2水稻品种根MDA含量变化稍有不同,协优963根MDA含量显著上升,TN1根MDA含量显著下降。
Rice Xieyou 963 and TN1 were used as materials to investigate the changes of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malondialdehyde (MDA) content in leaves of rice after Nilaparvata lugens (Stl) infestation. The results showed that there was no obvious change of SOD activity in Xieyou 963 and TN1 leaves. The SOD activity decreased by 88.4%, 77.2%, 86.8% and 70.5% at 3, 6 and 9 days after 15 and 30 heads / 51.3% and 19.7% respectively.
