高职院校的培养目标是培养高素质技能型人才。与企业深度融合,实现专业与行业岗位对接,是实现人才培养目标的有效途径。校内实训是学生提高专业技能的有效途径,“8S”管理是现代企业的成熟理念。在高职实训教学中引入“8S”管理,是高职院校与企业融合的首选,有利于学生形成良好的职业习惯和素养,本文从高职实训教学引入“8S”管理的意义和“8S”管理在实训教学中的具体运用方面进行了探讨,“8S”管理为培养出适合现代企业发展要求的高素质技能型的人才提供了有利保证。
The training goal of higher vocational colleges is to train high-quality skilled talents. It is an effective way to achieve the goal of personnel training by deeply integrating with the enterprise and achieving the connection between professional and industry positions. School training is an effective way for students to improve their professional skills, “8S ” management is the mature concept of modern enterprises. The introduction of “8S ” management in higher vocational practice teaching is the first choice for the combination of higher vocational colleges and enterprises, which is good for students to form good professional habits and accomplishments. This paper introduces “8S ” from practical teaching in higher vocational colleges, The significance of management and the application of “8S ” management in practical training are explored. The management of “8S ” provides a favorable guarantee for cultivating high-quality skilled talents suitable for the development of modern enterprises.
