云南白药是云南省特产的名贵中药成药。其中主要成分为三七,重楼,草乌等,有化瘀活血消炎止痛作用。中医临床上广泛地应用于各种跌打损伤及其它瘀血或出血的内外科或妇科疾患。有人甚至试用于肝癌的治疗。但有关本药药理作用的实验报告尚不多。已有的报告亦仅初步证实本药确有止血、止痛及消炎的作用。我教研室于1956年至1957年间,曾观察了云南白药对家兔实验性骨缺损的修复过程的影响,兹简要报导如下:
Yunnan Baiyao is a valuable traditional Chinese medicine of Yunnan Province. The main ingredient is Sanqi, Zhonglou, Aconitum and so on, which have the effects of resolving stasis, promoting blood circulation, reducing inflammation and relieving pain. Traditional Chinese medicine is widely used clinically in various traumatic injuries and other bleeding or bleeding disorders of internal surgery or gynaecology. Some people even tried to treat liver cancer. However, there are not many experimental reports on the pharmacological effects of this drug. Existing reports have only confirmed initially that the drug does have the effects of stopping bleeding, relieving pain, and reducing inflammation. From 1956 to 1957, I studied the effects of Yunnanbaiyao on the repair process of experimental bone defects in rabbits. I hereby briefly report the following:
