Since the beginning of reform and opening up and particularly since the beginning of the 21st century,Chinese people have had a deeper understanding of the importance of human rights,better recognition of progress made in the field of human rights,and more urgent aspirations for further development of human rights in China.At the same time,there are problems and confusion that need to be addressed.
