目的:观察米诺环素和聚甲酚磺醛对沙眼衣原体感染及宫颈糜烂的疗效。方法:对119例宫颈糜烂(年龄32a±s7a)中30例衣原体阳性者分组治疗。一组(14例)用米诺环素,200mg(100mg/粒),po,qd×5d。另一组(16例)用聚甲酚磺醛,其浓缩液棉拭子插入宫颈管内2~3cm,停留2min,再将浓缩液浸湿棉块敷宫颈糜烂面3min,1wk重复治疗1次。2组均停药7d复查。结果:米诺环素、聚甲酚磺醛治疗衣原体有效率分别为100%和94%(P>0.05),对宫颈糜烂有效率为71%和81%(P>0.05)。结果:米诺环素、聚甲酚磺醛对衣原体感染及宫颈糜烂均有较好疗效。
Objective: To observe the curative effect of minocycline and p-cresol sulphate on Chlamydia trachomatis infection and cervical erosion. Methods: A total of 119 cases of cervical erosion (age 32a ± s7a) in 30 cases of chlamydia positive group treatment. A group (14 cases) with minocycline, 200mg (100mg / tablets), po, qd × 5d. The other group (16 cases) with poly cresol sulfon aldehyde, its concentrated cotton swab inserted into the cervical canal 2 ~ 3cm, stay 2min, and then soaked cotton pad embolization surface erosion 3min, 1wk repeated treatment 1 time. 2 groups were discontinued 7d review. Results: The effective rates of minocycline and policresulen for treatment of chlamydia were 100% and 94%, respectively (P> 0.05). The effective rate of cervical erosion was 71% and 81% (P> 0.05). Results: Minocycline and p-cresol had good effect on chlamydial infection and cervical erosion.
