石家庄市王东进副市长最近就当前形势和石家庄市企业改革的实际,谈了几点意见。——坚持以搞活企业,发展生产力为中心环节。企业是国民经济的细胞,是国家财政收入的源泉,进一步搞活企业,对于稳定经济、稳定大局,把十三届四中全会精神落实到实处,具有十分重要的意义。石家庄市几年来以搞活企业为中心进行城市综合改革,促进了经济的迅速发展。实践证明要促进改革深化,还是要继续抓紧搞活企业这个中心环节。
