患者13岁,因持续性阴道流血4个月,于1990—10—26入院。该患于1990—03月经初潮(4—5)/(28—30)天周期,规律,血量中等。自7月份开始持续性阴道流血,但每个月月经总量约150ml左右,同时伴有下腹部痛。查体:一般情况良好,心肺正常,腹部平软,无压疼,肝脾未触及,肠音存在。妇科检查:外阴幼女型,处女膜完整,阴道可见淡红色血性分泌物,有臭味。肛查:子宫大小与年龄相当,质地中度,活动度良好。子
