自1994年国家地税分设以来,广西地税系统经过近20年的摸索,在干部队伍建设上积累了不少好的经验和做法,为履行税收职责提供了坚强有力的队伍保障。但与日益发展的经济形势、税收形势相比,仍然存在许多问题。文章试从防城港市地税系统的实际情况入手,浅析如何优化地税系统人力资源管理。
Since the establishment of the national taxation system in 1994, after nearly 20 years of exploration, Guangxi Local Tax System has accumulated a lot of good experiences and practices in building cadre ranks and has provided a strong and forceful team guarantee for carrying out its duties of taxation. However, compared with the increasingly economic situation and tax situation, many problems still exist. This article tries to start from the actual situation of the local tax system of Fangchenggang City, and analyzes how to optimize the human resources management of the local tax system.
