入世,标志着我国的对外经济贸易工作已与国际接轨,这就为外资的进入、为各地的招商引资工作提供了新的发展机遇,我们必须抓住机遇,深化认识,努力搞好招商引资工作。为此,我提出如下建议:充分认识招商引资工作的重要性。在社会主义市场经济条件下,计划起宏观调控作用,抓经济工作的第一道工序是立项目(当然要符合宏观调控计划要求)搞招商引资,只有把项目所必需的资金、技术、设备招来了,项目才能开展起来。不然,第一步迈不开,后面什么工作都做不了。只有搞好招商引资,才会有新的经济增长点,才会有GDP的快速增长,才会有财税收入的快速增长,才会有经济工作蓬勃发展的新局面。
