以子粒产量的氮敏感指数和耐低氮系数为评价指标并结合株高和吐丝期等二级性状,对我国玉米育种与生产上重要的189份玉米自交系进行氮利用效率评价。分析结果表明,低氮与正常供氮条件下,子粒产量均存在极显著的基因型与环境差异,基因型差异是氮利用效率差异的重要原因之一。将正常供氮条件与低氮胁迫下的产量进行分析并结合株高和吐丝期等二级性状,鉴定出郑58、郑28、中106、7595-2和昌7-2等20份玉米自交系较耐低氮且二级性状更符合当前玉米育种需要。
The nitrogen use efficiency of 189 maize inbred lines important for breeding and production of maize in China was evaluated by using nitrogen sensitive index and low nitrogen tolerance index of grain yield as well as secondary traits such as plant height and silking stage. The results showed that there was significant genotypic and environmental differences in grain yield under low nitrogen and normal nitrogen supply. Genotypic differences were one of the important reasons for the differences in nitrogen use efficiency. The yield of normal nitrogen supply and low nitrogen stress were analyzed, and 20 maize lines including Zheng 58, Zheng 28, Zhong 106, 7595-2 and Chang 7-2 were identified in combination with secondary traits such as plant height and silking stage Inbred lines are more resistant to low nitrogen and secondary traits are more in line with current maize breeding needs.
