为践行“三个代表”重要思想,加强和改进党的作风建设,解决广大农民特别是灾区农民的生产生活困难,保证灾民过好年,备好耕,德惠市委组织动员全市近万名党员干部,从2001年12月到2002年4月开展了“四送”进万家活动,使灾区群众和贫困农民得到了实惠。一送思想,开展宣传教育。在深入农村农户中,向农民宣传“三个代表”重要思想、十五届六中全会精神,使农民了解党和国家的有关政策,了解全市经济发展的总体思路,增强农民对党委、政府工作的理解和支持;向农民宣传抗灾夺丰收思想,树立抗旱保全苗的意识;结合加入世贸组织的新形势,宣传入世基本知识,使农民正确对待各种挑战;开展爱国守法教育,提高农民的遵纪守法和自我保护意识。
In order to practice the important thinking of the ’Three Represents,’ strengthen and improve the party’s style of work, solve the production and living difficulties of the vast number of peasants, especially peasants in the disaster areas, ensure that the victims have a good life and prepare well for farming.
