当前“三农”问题,即农业、农村、农民问题,已成为影响和制约我国社会经济发展的突出问题。本文通过对各种支农资金的分析来寻找最优的方法解决支农建设中资金投入和管理的问题,提出各种资金的协调联动,完善政府职能,加强支农资金的整合和多方位的扩大资金来源渠道等措施,将有利于我国未来“三农”问题的有效解决,加快新农村的建设步伐。
At present, the issue of “agriculture, rural areas and farmers”, that is, agriculture, rural areas and peasants, has become a prominent issue that affects and restricts the social and economic development of our country. Based on the analysis of various kinds of supporting agriculture funds, this paper tries to find the optimal method to solve the problem of inputting and managing funds in supporting agriculture construction. It puts forward the coordination and linkage of various funds, perfecting government functions, strengthening the integration of supporting agriculture funds and multi-faceted Measures such as expanding sources of funds will be conducive to the effective solution to the issue of “three rural issues” in our country and speed up the pace of building new rural areas.
