当喧嚣疲惫的城市进入了甜美的梦乡时,有一支着统一编号和标识的队伍悄悄穿梭在城市的大街小巷,保卫着城市居民生命财产的安全。他们是南京市公安局鼓楼分局自行车巡防队。巡逻自行车“点亮”大街小巷南京市鼓楼区是老城区,开放型社区多,人流车流量大,容易成为“两抢”、入室盗窃等侵财案件的多发之地。早在2002年,南京市公安局鼓楼分局就开始推行社区保安巡防制度。经多方调研,分局投入资金近30万元,订购了324辆外观标识统一、装备有警笛、警灯的专用巡逻自行车。
