根据省内近年255立方米高炉有50%发生炉缸烧穿的重大事故,高炉被迫停炉进行大修,既造成生铁大量减产,又使钢铁厂生产失去平衡。本文根据原炉缸部位设计的缺陷,提出一个新的设计,使用炭素捣料与粘土砖的复合结构,改进冷却方法。既可提高高炉寿命又使建设费用比原设计节省。
According to a major accident in which 50% of the 255 cubic meters of blast furnaces burned through the hearth in the province in recent years, the blast furnace was forced to shut down the furnace for major repairs, resulting in a significant reduction in pig iron production and an imbalance in the production of steel mills. This paper proposes a new design based on the defects of the original furnace and cylinder design, and uses a composite structure of carbon tanning material and clay brick to improve the cooling method. It can not only improve the service life of the blast furnace but also save the construction cost compared with the original design.
