解放三十二年来,中小型电机产品有了很大的发展。产品增长相当于解放初期的600多倍,且有一定的出口量;发展了约有100多个系列,500多个品种;并已形成了一定的科研、设计及制造能力。但是从生产技术水平来看,距四个现代化的要求,和与工业先进国家水平相比,还存在相当大的差距。如何更好更快地促使中小型电机产品水平提高这一问题,谨就个人管见所及,我认为必须大力加强产品的标准化工作和科学研究工作。中小型电机的特点是产量大,配套面广,
In the 32 years since its liberation, small and medium-sized motor products have made great progress. Product growth is equivalent to more than 600 times of the initial period of liberation, and has a certain amount of exports; developed more than 100 series, more than 500 varieties; and has formed a certain amount of scientific research, design and manufacturing capabilities. However, from the point of view of production technology, there are still considerable gaps from the requirements of the four modernizations and the level of advanced industrial countries. How to better and faster promote the improvement of the level of small and medium-sized motor products? I personally believe that it is necessary to vigorously strengthen product standardization and scientific research. Small and medium-sized motors are characterized by large output and wide range of supporting facilities.
