在重介质中用离心浮沉分选技术将宗古尔达克 (简称宗古煤 )烟煤、通奇比莱克 (称通奇煤 )和索马迈克孜 (称索马煤 )褐煤进行分选 ,分别获得两组产品——煤和矿物质。用密度为 1 .40 g/ cm3的异丙基醇 -四氯化碳混合液和氯化锌溶液作为密度液 ,在 2 5℃下离心浮选。向氯化锌溶液中加入表面活性剂以增加矿物质的脱除率。重介分选得到最终产品 ,其回收率和质量取决于以下几种因素 :介质密度、转子转速和离心时间。试验表明 ,各种煤的分选效率明显不同。用激光粒度分析仪对煤粒级分布及其浮沉组分进行分析。用电子扫描显微镜 ( SEM)观察了矿物质从煤粒中的解析过程。
In heavy media, the centrifugal flotation separation technology was used to separate the bituminous coal of Zonguldak, Tongchibiake (called Tongqi coal) and Somakei ki (called Soma coal), respectively, to obtain Two groups of products - coal and minerals. The laser particle size analyzer was used to analyze the distribution of coal particles and the components of the floatation and sedimentation. The resolution of minerals from the coal particles was observed using a scanning electron microscope (SEM).
