中成药“活血壮筋丹”的主要成份有:制乌头、桂枝、制没药、全蝎、制乳香、人参、血竭花、地龙、川牛夕、土元.主治筋骨疼痛,半身不遂,口歪眼斜,左偏右瘫.内服药量成人为每次2粒,日服2次。因药内含有制乌头,故毒性颇大.去年,我科遇到2例服活血壮筋丹中毒者,经住院抢救均治愈,现介绍如下:例一、张某(住院号115819),女,39岁,本市某局会计.患者近期胸痛,经期腰痛,于4月9日上午11时过量服活血壮筋丹85粒,服后约1小时左右感口周麻木、眩晕、头痛、且上腹部呈烧灼样疼痛,渐进行性呼吸困
