宁化县地处闽西北山区,是老少边穷县,过去经济文化落后,群众卫生习惯差,妇幼工作落后于全省,几项妇幼卫生工作指标均高于全省平均水平。为彻底改变这种落后局面,1988年被确定为妇幼卫生示范扩展县,从此推开了我县妇幼事业的新局面,促进了我县妇幼事业的全面发展,主要做法是:1 以示范县建设为契机,抓好妇幼三级网建设
