本文通过分析吐鲁番地区当前社会经济发展概况、对人才的需求状况和地区职业教育现状,阐述了制约技能型人才培养的突出问题和原因,提出了优化职业教育结构、深化校企合作体制、改革校企合作运行机制等六点建议,以推进吐鲁番职业教育协调发展,校企合作共同培养适合服务于区域经济发展的技能型人才。
This article expounds the prominent problems and reasons that restrict the cultivation of skilled talents by analyzing the current situation of social and economic development, the demand of talents and the status quo of vocational education in Tulufan area. It puts forward some suggestions to optimize the structure of vocational education, deepen the system of school-enterprise cooperation, The mechanism of enterprise cooperation and other six suggestions to promote the coordinated development of vocational education in Turpan and the cooperation between schools and enterprises to jointly train skilled personnel who serve the regional economic development.
