本文论述了流变铸造中的几个工艺问题。提出了控制固液态比例的方法,试验结果表明:流变速度和冷却速度对合金的机械性能和微观结构的影响。搅拌可在真空和惰性气体保护条件下进行。用流变铸造方法能制备复合材料。
This article discusses several process issues in rheo-casting. The method of controlling the solid-liquid ratio is proposed. The experimental results show that the rheological and cooling rates affect the mechanical properties and microstructure of the alloy. Agitation can be carried out under vacuum and inert gas protection. The rheological casting method can be used to prepare composites.
