人类想要进步,就要不断创新。企业想要与时俱进,就一定要增强企业的市场竞争力,同时还要有向心力和凝聚力,这些的关键就在于能否把企业的党建工作落到实处。随着社会和经济环境进入新时期,企业的党建工作也要创新。本文认为,想要在新时期做好企业的党建工作,就要以党的路线方针和政策为指导,这样才能使企业更好地服务于国家,也能促进企业经济的稳步发展。
Human beings want to progress, we must continue to innovate. If enterprises want to keep pace with the times, they must enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises and at the same time, they must also have the solidarity and cohesion. The key to these enterprises lies in whether they can carry out the party building work in enterprises in a down-to-earth manner. With the social and economic environment entering a new era, the work of party building in enterprises must also be innovated. This article argues that in order to do a good job in party building in an enterprise in the new era, it is necessary to take the party’s line, principles and policies as guidance so that enterprises can better serve their country and promote the steady development of their economy.
