在建筑项目管理中采用价值工程方法,可以对项目的成本进行有效控制,实现功能与成本的最优配置,从而提高经济效益。本文从价值工程的基本理论出发,分析了在项目管理中采用价值工程方法的特点及原则,论述了在项目管理的各个阶段中价值工程的应用。
The use of value engineering methods in the construction project management can effectively control the cost of the project, achieve optimal allocation of functions and costs, and thus increase economic efficiency. This article starts from the basic theory of value engineering, analyzes the characteristics and principles of using value engineering methods in project management, and discusses the application of value engineering in all phases of project management.
