研究了制造锌基合金/结晶硅、陶瓷粒子复合材料的流变工艺。以粒子收得率为指标通过正交设计试验确定了各因素对指标的影响,从而得出最佳工艺参数。并分析讨论了粘度、润湿性、搅拌速度、搅拌时间对粒子收得率的影响。
The rheology of zinc-based alloy / crystalline silicon and ceramic particle composites has been studied. The influence of various factors on the index was determined by orthogonal design test with the yield of particles as the index, and the optimum process parameters were obtained. The effects of viscosity, wettability, stirring speed and stirring time on the yield of particles were analyzed.
