企业能够在现今竞争激烈的市场上站稳,必须在独特性和创新性超越同业的竞争对手,企业明白能够达到这个目的,需要员工的支持,贡献他们的知识。所以企业加强知识管理,希望达到知识分享的目的。而知识本身的价值和拥有者包括个人和企业,是否感知到知识价值带来的好处性和实用性,本文希望以知识价值与知识分享关系对企业绩效做分析。
Businesses can stand firm in today’s highly competitive marketplace and must surpass rivals in the industry with uniqueness and innovation, and businesses understand that this can be achieved and that their workforce needs their support and contributes their knowledge. So enterprises to strengthen knowledge management, hoping to achieve the purpose of knowledge sharing. However, the value and owner of knowledge itself, including individuals and enterprises, perceive the benefits and usability brought by knowledge value. In this paper, we hope to analyze the enterprise performance with knowledge value and knowledge sharing.
