Q全国口岸工作座谈会已于近期召开,国家口岸办对下一步口岸工作的思路是什么?A改革开放前35年,我国对外贸易主要依靠增量发展,只要量大、能够做起来就行。但现在增量空间已经不多,我们应该利用存量来发展。在这种条件下,企业对效率和成本更为看重,要求在通关等方面获得更多便利。汪洋副总理2013年4月在视察海关总署时同意召开全国口岸工作会议,并要求通过这次会议,口岸有关部门一定要联起手来,切实解决一些企业和社会关心的问题。之后,海关总署组成多个工作组,到全国各地听取地方政府及企业诉求,力求办好这次会议。企业的具体诉求在海关一些政策上都能得到体现,例如“三个一”、“单一窗
