动力设备的运行可靠性和经济性,在颇大程度上取决于锅炉的受热面、紧固件和烟道的状态。因此,制定防止锅炉金属外部腐蚀的措施,是热力工程方面一项极为迫切的任务。由于燃料品种、设备结构和运行方式等各有特点,发生的腐蚀现象是多种多样的,但基本上可以归纳为两种情况,即低温腐蚀和高温腐蚀。当金属温度低于烟气露点时,管式、再生式空气预热器的低温段受热面,以及烟道和烟囱等均受到低温腐蚀。当然用含硫燃料时,腐蚀的性质是相同的。而燃用固体燃料时汽包锅炉和直流锅炉的炉膛水冷壁
The reliability and economy of the operation of the power plant depend to a large extent on the condition of the heating surfaces, fasteners and flue of the boiler. Therefore, the development of measures to prevent external corrosion of boiler metal is an extremely urgent task in thermodynamic engineering.
