Local economic legislation is an important part of China’s economic legislation system and an important method for local state power organs to regulate and promote the economic and social development in the region and to establish and perfect the local economic legal system. This article intends to reform the spirit of accelerating the pace of national economic legislation in Honghe Prefecture to make some superficial discussion. First, speed up the Honghe state economic legislation, the importance and urgency. For a long time, because people are accustomed to following the traditional economic concept of “law only focusing on the adjustment of existing economic relations”, they imprison our legislative thoughts and lead to the slow pace of national economy legislation in Honghe Prefecture.
