记者从4月21日在首都人民大会堂举行的“纪念中国近代史开端150周年,弘扬中华文化座谈会”上获悉,广东省政协委员、香港南源永芳集团公司董事长姚美良先生以他父亲的名义,慷慨捐资一百万元,在浙江美术学院设立“永芳艺术基金”,来奖掖青年画家。
