目的:探讨陈旧性会阴重度裂伤手术的治疗效果,减少术后疤痕及并发症。方法:回顾性分析2011年1月至2012年12月我院8例陈旧性重度会阴裂伤手术的治疗资料,均应用会阴裂伤修补,会阴体重建相结合的方法,治疗4例Ⅲ度裂伤,4例Ⅴ度裂伤结果:观察临床效果,均手术一次成功。结论:严格无菌操作,严格掌握手术要领及术后护理,术后外阴恢复正常,肛门功能良好,疗效满意。
Objective: To investigate the treatment effect of the old perineal severe laceration surgery and reduce postoperative scar and complications. Methods: The clinical data of 8 old patients with severe perineal laceration treated in our hospital from January 2011 to December 2012 were retrospectively analyzed. All the patients were treated with combination of perineal laceration and perineal weight reconstruction to treat 4 cases of Ⅲ degree split Injury, 4 cases of Ⅴ degree laceration results: observe the clinical effect, were successful surgery. Conclusion: Strict aseptic operation, strictly control the essentials of surgery and postoperative care, postoperative vulva returned to normal, anal function is good, the effect is satisfactory.
