应用３Ｈ－ＴｄＲ掺入法和ＭＴＴ比色法，观察了人重组ＩＬ－１β、ＩＬ－６和ＴＮＦα对体外培养的成人肾小球系膜细胞增殖的影响。结果表明，在无血清培养条件下，ＨｒＩＬ－１β、ＨｒＩＬ－６和ＨｒＴＮＦα在一个较大的浓度范围内，均不能刺激系膜细胞的增殖；而有少量胎牛血清存在时，ＨｒＩＬ－６和ＨｒＴＮＦα可以促进系膜细胞增殖，但ＨｒＩＬ－１β无此作用。另外，在实验中还发现，雷公藤多甙（ＴⅡ）对系膜细胞生长具有抑制作用。
The effects of human recombinant IL-1β, IL-6 and TNFα on the proliferation of adult mesangial cells cultured in vitro were observed by 3H-TdR incorporation and MTT assay. The results showed that under the condition of serum-free culture, HrIL-1β, HrIL-6 and HrTNFα could not stimulate the proliferation of mesangial cells in a large concentration range; while in the presence of a small amount of fetal bovine serum, HrIL-6 and HrTNFα can promote mesangial cell proliferation, but HrIL-1β does not have this effect. In addition, it was also found in experiments that tripterygium glycosides (TII) have an inhibitory effect on mesangial cell growth.
