硒是人类营养学上一个必需的微量元素,也是人类胚胎发育的必需物质之一。硒参予多种生理生化反应,又是生化代谢过程中主要的谷胱甘肽氧化物酶(GSH-Px)的必需组成成分[1]。Awasthi 证明每克分子蛋白质有3.5克硒[2]。谷胱甘肽氧化物酶是遗传基因决定的,而人类红细胞ABO血型是在遗传基因控制下表达的,所以我们在测定人类成年人血硒含量与ABO血型关系的基础上[3],进一步对兰州新生儿脐带血的血硒含量及其在ABO不同血型中的表现进行了比较观察,以期探讨人类血硒含量与遗传因素的关系。
Selenium is an essential trace element in human nutrition and one of the essential substances in human embryonic development. Selenium participates in a variety of physiological and biochemical reactions, and is an essential component of the major glutathione oxidase (GSH-Px) during biochemical metabolism [1]. Awasthi demonstrated 3.5 grams of selenium per gram of protein [2]. Glutathione oxidase is genetically determined, and human erythrocyte ABO blood group is expressed under the control of genes, so we determine the human selenium content in blood and ABO blood group based on the relationship [3], and further to Lanzhou neonatal umbilical cord blood selenium content and its performance in different ABO blood groups were compared to observe the relationship between human selenium content and genetic factors.
