为了提升国际法的教学水平,在课堂上引入案例教学法已经成为各个国际法教学机构的共识,但对于案例教学法的重要性尚未形成整体的清晰认识。通过阐述案例教学法在讲授国际法原理,分析、解决国际法问题和提高学生能力四个方面的重要性,希望能够为国际法案例教学法的运用提供更为有力的支持。
In order to improve the teaching level of international law, the introduction of case teaching methods in the classroom has become the consensus of all the teaching institutions in international law. However, the importance of the case teaching method has not yet been fully understood. By expounding the importance of the case teaching method in teaching the principles of international law, analyzing and solving the problems of international law and improving the students’ abilities, I hope it can provide more powerful support for the application of the teaching method of international law cases.
