传统的分离筛选方法复杂耗时、选择性差、活性成分易丢失,严重制约了中草药活性成分的快速发现.随着分析技术的发展,各种色谱技术广泛应用于复杂体系中活性成分的发现,本文旨在对色谱联用技术在中药酪氨酸酶抑制药筛选中的应用进展做一综述.“,”The traditional method of separation and screening is complicated,time-consuming,poor selectivity,as well as that the active ingredient is easy to lose,seriously restricting the rapid discovery of active ingredients from Chinese herbal medicine.With the development of analytical techniques,various chromatographic methods were used for screening the active compounds from complex mixtures,this article will summarize the recent advances in the chromatographic methods used for tyrosine inhibitors screening from traditional Chinese medicines.
