目的:分析大庆部分高血压患者发病原因以及Ⅲ期高血压患者靶器官损害原因及诱因。方法:总结67例高血压患者的年龄、分级、危险因素、诱因、使用降压药情况、体力劳动和脑力劳动、生活因素和社会心理应激事件等因素,并推测各种因素在靶器官损害中所占比例。结果:大庆市部分高血压患者发病年龄年轻化,与高血压有关不应该发生的心血管、脑、眼、肾等并发症发病率高,其原因和诱因是多方面复杂的。治疗:在将来要对部分高血压患者实施综合治疗方法。
