江都县邮电电缆厂是个村办小厂,原年产值只有600多万元,年利润只有40多万元。去年7月厂里一班人看准厂国家重点发展通讯事业的方向,尽管当时困难较多,风险较大,仍毅然投资1280万元,兴办了邮电通讯电缆技改项目,前后只花了5个多月即竣工投产。预计今年即可实现产值2500万元,利税400万元,成效显著。它给我们的有益启示是: 一、搞技改,关键在人 邮电通讯电缆项目的成功实践证明,决定技改项目成败的因素有许多,但最主要的是人的因素,最关键的是企业负责人,从某种意义上讲,一个项目的命运就决定于企业负责人能否“想为”、“敢为”和“善为”。
Jiangdu County Post and Electric Cable Factory is a village-run small factory with an annual output value of only RMB 6 million and an annual profit of only RMB 400,000. In July last year, a group of people in the factory spotted the direction of the plant's state-focused development of the communications industry.
